The bell is a brass bell, manufactured by an unknown business, has a diameter of 15mm, weighs 0.05oz (1.4g) and hums note Eb.
The bell frame, headstock, wheel and slider has been 3D-printed. The clapper is its original clapper, which has been retained due to size and space. The bell swings on wooden-pin plain bearings.

This is a brand new model, that has been manufactured for the ringing chamber of St Bartholomew's, Coaley.
The bell is a bronze bell, cast by an unknown founder, weighs 10oz and is note C#.
The bell has been sand-blasted to remove the corrosion. The argent and cast-in clapper have been retained. The bell hangs on an extruded-aluminium headstock, with a CNC-Machined wooden wheel. All housed in a timber bell frame. The bell rope is one of our in-house bell ropes.

We had in this little wooden 2D model for restoration.
The model belongs to St Peter & St Paul's church, Belton.
The moth-eaten rope has been replaced with a brand new one. The frame, wheel and bell have been sanded for a new clean smooth face, and the spokes have been drawn back on. The wheel's central hole has been bored out, and ball bearings have been fitted.

The bell is a bronze bell, cast by an unknown founder, weighs 9oz and is note D#.
Half of the argent has been retained to hang the bell out on its headstock, as I've been asked to retain the cast-in clapper. The bell is hung on a shouldered extruded-aluminium headstock, with self-aligning ball bearings.The wheel ihas been manufactured. The owner will be manufacturing the remaining fittings for it.

The bell is an aluminium bell, manufactured by an unknown business, has a diameter of 38mm, weighs 0.25oz (7g) and hums note A.
The bell frame, headstock, wheel and slider has been 3D-printed. The clapper is a wooden-shafted clapper with a wooden ball. The bell swings on oiled plain-bearings.

These 8 steel bells were given to us with no fittings and were rusting away. The decision was made to restore the bells and turn them back into musical handbells.
The bells were sand blasted clean and two of the bells were retuned. All the bells have been spray painted black, and are fitted with extruded-aluminium handles. The clappers are composite-shafted with wooden balls to give the bells a more mellow-tone.

This model was originally manufactured by us in Feb 2022.
The model was brought back in for a major upgrade.
The frame, headstock and wheel have been reused. The headstock was sent to be powder-coated to prevent it from rusting.
A new, much larger bell has been used for the model now, to replace the undersized one. The new bell as a diameter of 250mm, weighs 15lbs 7oz, and produces the note Eb. A new clapper has been manufactured, and a new slider runner-board has been fitted to make the bell deeper-set.

This model from a private owner in Bath was brought in for repairs.
The clapper bolt had sheared off.
The remaining part of the bolt on the clapper staple was sufficient enough to be reused to attach the clapper. The snapped part was removed from the bell, the clapper was reinstalled & aligned.

An order was placed for a new clapper for this lovely ship's bell from HMS Dulverton, which is now hung dead for chiming in the church of All Saints, Dulverton.
The new clapper is a chain clapper with an aluminium ball, and is fitted with a cotton-woven chiming rope. The clapper is mounted using the bell's cast-in staple.

This large 2D model from St Andrew's, Cromhall came in for some extras to be manufactured and fitted.
The model has had a new bell rope manufactured, a pulley-wheel has been fitted, and weights have been fitted to the wheel to increase its swing-speed and so it hangs down vertical.

This John Norris Dumbbell, from a private owner in Devon, was brought in for a refurbishment.
The dumbbell was made in 2016, the previous owner had graffitied over its fittings to give it tower-bell aesthetics.
The bell-frame and headstock has been sanded down to clean & remove all graffiti. A new paper-mache bell was made to replace the old broken one. The pulley wheel had seized, so new ball-bearings were fitted. The owner also wanted a stay & slider system fitted. So, a stay, slider and runner-board was manufactured and fitted.

This model from Bath Abbey was brought in for repairs.
It had a broken stay, it's slider was missing, the clapper had come out of alignment, and the wheel shrouding was damaged.
A new stay and slider has been manufactured, the clapper has been realigned & tightened, and the remains of the wheel shrouding have been repaired. The bell has also had a sand blast, and the plain bearings have been cleaned & oiled. And a new bell rope has been manufactured.

This model from Bath Abbey was brought in for repairs.
It had a broken wheel, the clapper had come out of alignment and the fittings were loose.
The wheel has been repaired and realigned to swing central, the clapper has been realigned and the fittings have been tightened up. And a new bell rope has been manufactured.

We had in this lovely little handbell, which came in for a refurbishment. The bell & handle was corroded. And the clapper was broken.
The bell and handle has been given a sand blast. The old, badly-cast clapper has been scrapped, and a new chain clapper has been manufactured.

Potentially the World's First 3D Printed Metal Bell has been manufactured! This is a project we have been working for some time and is finally complete.
The bell was designed by myself, with my own profile. The bell was 3D printed at Apex Additive Technologies on 30th November 2022.
The bell is printed out of Titanium. It has a diameter of 99mm, weighs 6.20oz (0.18kg), and produces the note A (1765Hz).
The bell is fitted with an extruded-aluminium handle, and has a plastic-shafted clapper & staple, with a wooden ball.

This is a one-off production of an outdoor door-bell, which was rejected and therefore put up for sale.
The bell is a modern generic brass bell, with a diameter of 5". The bell was retuned in house by ourselves, and produces the note D. The hanging-bracket was a spare one we had from a bell we ordered in some time ago.
The bell was purchased by a ringer in Cambridgeshire in March 2023.

The bell has had a sand blast, and is hung on a shouldered extruded-aluminium headstock with self aligning ball-bearings, in a timber bell-frame. The bell has a PEEK-shafted clapper with a brass ball.
It also has a white-polyester rope with a red, white, green sally.

This is a brand new model, manufactured for the ringing chamber of St. John's, Slimbridge
The bell was cast by John Taylor & Co in the 1890's. The bell has had a sand-blast due to the amount of corrosion that had built up.
The bell is hung on a shouldered extruded-aluminium headstock, with self aligning ball-bearings, in a timber bell frame. The bell has a brass non counter-balanced clapper.

This is my own 18" Naylor Vickers Steel bell, which weighs 0-3-8, and is note C, and was originally hung by Barritt Bells in 2021 for full-circle ringing.
Due to space, I decided to rehang the bell dead for chiming.
The bell is now hung in a square extruded-aluminium frame, with a pulley system for chiming, with a small bell rope attached to the clapper flight. The bell was later refurbished by O'Shea Engineering, who cast a resin-pad and then cleaned up & painted the bell.

This model is the trophy that is given to the conductor of the Gloucester & Bristol Association Youth Team for the year.
It was brought in for a rebuild, as it arrived all lose and some parts had fallen off.
The bell and wheel has been tightened up. Clapper has been realigned to swing central and the rope reattached.

This is a brand new model, manufactured for the ringing chamber of St. Mary's Hawkesbury
The bell is hung on a fabricated steel headstock, which was supplied by O'Shea Engineering. The wheel was designed and manufactured by Barritt Bells.
The bell is hung in a wooden bell frame, and swings on self -aligning ball-bearings. Also has a Carbon-Fibre-shafted counter-balanced clapper with an aluminium ball.

This model is from the ringing chamber of St John's, Chipping Sodbury. It was brought in for repairs and a rehang.
When it arrived, the wooden pin & bushing was all worn out and the old rope had frayed badly.
The model is now rehung on ball bearings. A pulley wheel has been fitted to prevent the new rope from fraying so quick. And a new bell rope manufactured and fitted.

This model was brought in for repairs.
When it arrived, it had a broken gudgeon, clapper and wheel were out of alignment.
The gudgeon was welded back onto the base plate. Clapper was realigned, and also greased at the staple. Wheel was realigned on the headstock too. Plain Bearings were greased too.

This model is from the ringing chamber of St Mary's, Thornbury.
The model was brought in for repairs and a rehang.
The stay was repositioned to have better contact with the slider. A pulley wheel was fitted, wheel & gudgeons were realigned, and was rehung onto ball bearings.
