Here we manufacture our own bell frames, and can produce them to your specifications.
Our standard frames are made from Pine wood, but we can also produce frames out of aluminium.
Here we manufacture our own headstocks, which are hung with self-aligning ball bearings on hardened-steel gudgeons.
Our headstocks are manufactured from Extruded Aluminium.
Here we manufacture our own clappers.
Our clappers are usually Nylon or PEEK-shafted, and we can reuse wrought-iron or brass balls from previous bells we've collected.
If your bell already has a substantial clapper, we will intend to reuse it.
We also supply our own designed traditional hardwood bell wheels, which are designed by us, and are then sent off to be CNC manufactured, with the shroudings manually manufactured.
We're also able to give bells a sand blast, which removes all corrosion and makes them look as good as new.
We also have our own 3D printer so we're able to 3D print headstocks, frames, wheels, clappers and many more components.
We are also able to provide beautifully made pulley boxes for mini-rings and large scale model bells.
Our pulley boxes are supplied by O'Shea Engineering Bell Hangers. The pulley wheels are 3D-Printed and rotate on ball-bearings. The wheels are housed in a Sapele box.
We are also able to provide bell tuning should you want your bell to be tuned / retuned.
To provide the best bell tuning possible, we use O'Shea Engineering Bell Hangers to tune our bells, as they use modern computerised technology to ensure the hum note can be accurrately tuned.
Our main bell ropes we use are produced by Avon Ropes Ltd, who are the best rope makers in the area. Ropes are manufactured using Polyester, and there are many different variations of sally colours to choose from.
We also manufacture our own in-house ropes for our very small scale models, using non-stretch braided string , pipe-cleaners, and yarn.
